This notice describes important limits of SnapLex legal-research information, artificial-intelligence outputs, translations, coverage statements and links.
1. Research tool only
SnapLex provides technology-assisted legal research and general information. It does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, representation, referrals or government services.
2. No professional relationship
Using the site, joining the waitlist or communicating with SnapLex does not create a lawyer-client, fiduciary, advisory or other professional relationship.
3. AI output limitations
Artificial-intelligence output is probabilistic and may misunderstand a question, omit authority, use an outdated rule or generate an incorrect statement. Human professional review is required.
4. Translation limitations
Translations are produced for reading convenience and may miss legal nuance, defined terms or jurisdiction-specific meaning. They are not certified translations. The official original-language text prevails.
5. Source and currency limitations
An official-source link supports verification but does not guarantee completeness, authenticity, current validity or applicability. Check amendments, commencement dates, repeals, implementing rules, decisions and local practice.
6. Coverage and launch targets
Statements such as 45+ jurisdictions, 25+ practice areas and 1,400+ scenario mappings are formal-launch targets, not representations that all coverage is currently available or equally complete.
7. Illustrative examples
Product previews and demonstrations, including the Brazil employment example, are illustrative. They are not a conclusion about any real person, employer, matter or transaction.
8. No reliance for high-stakes decisions
Do not rely on SnapLex alone for deadlines, filings, litigation, employment actions, transactions, investments, regulatory reports or other high-stakes decisions. Consult qualified local counsel.
9. Third-party websites
Government and other third-party sites may change, move, become unavailable or contain errors. SnapLex does not control or endorse all third-party content.
